During the night I found a rat in my bedroom while my bathroom was being renovated. Jamie responded very quickly to my... panicked email and arrived at my house by nine that same morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Though the rat had escaped via its entry point Jamie gave the house a thorough inspection and laid traps. He came back again for a second inspection once the bathroom was finished. I thought the service was excellent and reasonably priced especially as it was a weekend. Happy to recommend ASW for a rat free house.read more

Jamie and his team of technicians recently dealt with two wasp nests (discovered within a couple of weeks of each... other) at our house. I contacted ASW by completing an online contact form on the website. I was emailed almost immediately to discuss... further details of the problem I had, which was wasps that had set up home by going in under the roof felt on a flat roof extension.I was given a quote for the work and I have details of my availability over the next week.Much to my very welcome surprise, Jamie was able to come to my property and treat the wasps that day!He was polite, professional and efficient. The work was excellent, with the problem completely dealt with within a few hours of the treatment.The work is also guaranteed to the end of the year, so I have peace of mind should there be an issue.Very highly recommended and I would absolutely use again if I have another issue.read more

The technician (Barry) was professional and courteous. He took care not to bring in any external debris, dust, soil... etc; he was respectful. After having thoroughly surveyed the property for vermin and finding no obvious signs, Barry placed a number of trays in strategic locations around the house. He will return in around 10 days to see if there has been any activity in the meantime.read more

Very happy to see Paul. At the end, I hope, of a long experience with Pest Control exponents, his information was... direct and based on observation. Potential entry points are the issue, and while sorting it out will be expensive, taking the right action is what we want. Look forward to the action camera visit. .
